While I could have paid less for just one cuff, I have liked the ability to us the interchanging handheld portion with all three cuffs. The handheld has a small learning curve, since its release is a push leaver rather than the older spin valve release, but I was able to adjust quickly. I also like that now my clients with small arms are no longer reading slightly hypotension, and my obese clients are not reading hypertensive. I am now seeing accurate readings, being able to choose appropriate cuff sizes for arm circumferences, and minimizing my clients having to self monitor at home. I don’t care about the wall mount, but it came with it, and if I ran a busy birth center, it might be nice. Since I work out of bags for homebirth, home visits, and office visits, its not of great use to me.
