Progesterone levels help to regulate menstruation and a woman's cycles. Cycle Vitality 2 Luteal Phase (formerly named Progesteronic Hormonal Support Tonic) contains hormone nourishing herbs that gently and effectively support a healthy endocrine system. Ingredients: Organic Vitex berry (Vitex agnus-castus), Wild Yam root (Dioscorea villosa), organic Lady's Mantle aerials (Alchemilla vulgaris, A. xanthochlora), organic Burdock root (Arctium lappa), Black Haw bark (Viburnum prunifolium), organic Eleuthero root (Eleutherococcus senticosus), organic Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), Rocky Mountain artesian spring water, organic gluten-free alcohol & vegetable glycerine.
Best taken:
- The second half of your cycle - from ovulation to day one of menstruation
- Designed as a tonic for 3-6 months of continuous use for best results
Take 3mL (8 pumps or fill to the first line from the bottom of jigger cup) in a little water for taste 2-4 times daily for 2-6 months or as practitioner recommended.
